I had done financial transactions through mobile banking, when i saw my account balance then i was afraid to saw same balance was apprearing after debit transaction then i see transaction history then it was cleared that about debit from my account and same amount again credit to my account because by mistakely i input my own account number.
That is correct Qaiser, its like paying yourself money from your own pocket
We have had similar feedback from other staff members too and moving onwards, system will be smart enough to actually tell you that this transaction is unnecessary and a friendly message will be displayed without the actually making any debit credit entries in your account.

MOBILE BANKING ONLY IN MY BANK(MCB) WHERE I SERVICE.

Mobile recharge balance denomination is same as available in market Rs. 100, 250 etc. If provide facility for flexi amount (30, 40, 55, 70) it will motivate customer to use mobile banking facility.
The most number of transactions I have made are for mobile top-ups. And I agree with Kashif above. Since I have deep pockets and no dependents, top-ups of PKR 500 have not exactly been a big deal for me… but to a majority of our customers, a flexi amount top-up would make good sense.
Like the mobile version from my mobile…… good to see a website optimized for WAP / GPRS Browsers.
Wonderfull to have another easiest and prompt product of Remote Banking ,,,,, How much onecane expect is it not so apprecialble that u login to your account through GPRS-Coded mobile and have/enjoyed all finacial transactins, u are able to pay all your uitility bills , MCB Bills payment and top of all cellular providers…..
Another heartfelt effet is in progress ( which will also be availiable soon ) to transfer your money to anyone other than your parent bank
Frankaly and lastely MCB Mobile banking has effected a lot as regards financial transactions.

Really is an innovative and appreciable step of MCB and many congrates to MCB Mobile Banking Team for making it avaliable as the most easiest and convinient way of having financial transactins.,,,,,,
I would suggest to have awareness programe , learing sessions if possiible among staff in order to have better understanding for them before it making available to the customers.

The most dramatic/attractive and effective feature of particular product is To Transfer money to anywhere ( although the same feature is under construction/maintinance )

I have used a lot and do have many transaction through MCB Mobile Bnaking and i would rate it best way/tool to have the finacial transactions, as it is the most convinient way to have your various transactions within no-time as the same is also time effective.
Need to have awareness/advertisement on Both Print and electronic media before making avaliable to the client overall.
Its such a champion step ( to have Mobile Banking ) really is !

This service is available nation wide. Please feel free to register at any MCB ATM in Pakistan.
MCB Mobile banking is a new and interesting facility to Bank customers. I am alraedy an MCB A/c and ATM holder, and user of MCB virtual banking. The MCB Mobile banking is yet another feather on the MCB hat. Hopefully the technological wonder day is not far away when we will have a bank chip inserted in our head and the funds will move with a small click activated by our will, instead of using these days tools like ATMs and Mobiles.
Well done MCB Bank ! Go on creating facilities for your customers but keep them cost efficient.

I am really a computer savvy person; don’t like to go out much, especially for bank transactions paying utility and credit card bills, recharge of cell balance etc. MCB really helped me to save lot of time and gave me the option to do the transaction safely and comfortable,

I believe it’s great job done by the BIG TEAM and hats off to you lads
. I am sure it is going to change the way we bank and consequently this should reduce unnecessary traffic from our branches, which would result in better and timely services.
This would eventually reduce the work load from branches and from customers view point; they’ll have more time to do other work that they’ll have on their daily check list
by saving time from popping into a branch.
